All practical training will involve the participants worklife situations. The priority focus will be how the managers can implement the tools back in the workplace. If possible we prefer follow up activities 1-3 months after the course.
Tailoring the training
When planning training with our clients we have two priority aims. First – before signing the contract, we are careful to have a thorough preparation phase in cooperation with the customer including a pre-meeting and interviewing some participants of the course or their representatives. Second – when starting the course, we secure understanding the motivation of the participants and the expectation from both sides – the participant’s and the trainer’ side. This approach to planning and fulfilling our courses we believe will give the client and the participant the achieved result.
